We acknowledge that circumstances beyond your control may lead to you having to make a change of time or cancel your experience and we are here to help you also where is necessary.

Once booking is canceled within 24 hours or more of pickup time we are prepared to issue a full refund to you for any tours booked if booking is done through www.mxptours.com. In less than 24 hours we will not be able to do a refund however depends on the tour we do issue discount cards which you could use for future bookings with us.

If a tour is canceled by our office within a 24 hour period we will be happy to provide a full refund upon your request.
